Period: 2017 Locations: Tripoli, Hermel in Lebanon and Balqa in Jordan Beneficiaries: 9 schools Donor: AICS (Italian Agency for Cooperation and Development) General info: The aim of the project is to ensure the right to education for the most vulnerable groups in Lebanon and Jordan by promoting the access to the public school system.
The initiative wants to implement different interventions, from rehabilitation of school infrastructures to services in support of children’s education. As per the project: rehabilitation of 9 schools in Lebanon and Jordan, supply of school furniture, distribution of school-kit to students, payment of school transportation for students, further training of teachers and protection activities for children and their families.
