The project intends to ensure quality public and private services for hearing-impaired children in Jordan, through the strengthening of the skills of the technical and teaching staff of the special schools for the deaf in the field of inclusive education. In addition, it offers training about Sign language for the families in order to allow an integral development of the hearing-impaired child.

Moreover, the project aims at improving the skills of technical and health personnel, tools and services in favour of the hearing-impaired child in the diagnostic, audiological and speech-language rehabilitation fields in order to create the conditions for the child’s well-being to achieve full inclusion. Finally, it works in favour of families with disabled children, communities and institutions with training and awareness-raising actions on services and rights in the field of hearing disabilities in accordance with Jordanian and international regulations.
